The Mary Anne is six rooms. That is the entire hotel, which makes taking the whole thing genuinely achievable rather than a fantasy quote on a resort spreadsheet.
No other guests in the pool. No strangers on the terrace. The private entrance, the rooftop, the shared kitchen and the harbour view all belong to your group for as long as you have it.
It works for a wedding party, a milestone birthday, a family reunion, a small corporate retreat, or a group of friends who would rather not be in a resort.

Six rooms
Three layouts across six rooms: the King Room, the Deluxe King Suite and the Deluxe Double. Two of them look straight out over the harbour.
A connecting pair
The Deluxe King Suite and the Deluxe Double share an adjoining door. Open it and that pair alone gives you two bedrooms, two bathrooms and room for seven.
The whole hillside
Rooftop pool and lounge, shared kitchen, private entrance, and the terrace above the harbour. Yours alone for the dates you hold.

Where your group lands
We sit just below Blackbeard’s Castle, the national historic landmark at the top of the hill, with the 99 Steps running down into the historic district. Jolly Roger’s restaurant and pool bar are on the same hilltop.
Restaurants, shopping and the waterfront are walkable, which matters a great deal when you are moving a group around without a fleet of taxis.
