Rates and availability
Rates shown on this site are indicative starting rates, described as “from” prices, and they move with the season and with availability. The price that applies to you is the one quoted in the booking engine for your dates at the moment you book. We do our best to keep this site accurate, but we do not guarantee that every rate, date or description is current, and an error on this site does not oblige us to honour it.
Bookings, cancellations and payment
Reservations are made through our booking provider, not on this website. The rate plan you choose sets the cancellation and payment rules for your stay, and those rules are shown to you before you confirm. Please read them at the time of booking, because they differ between rate plans.
Staying with us
The hotel and its rooftop areas are reached by stairs only, and we are not able to offer step-free access at this time. If that is a concern, please call us before booking and we will talk it through honestly. We ask guests to respect the property, the neighbours and the historic district around us.

The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to The Mary Anne Boutique Hotel or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to us and to share our pages. Please do not copy our photography or reuse the site’s content commercially without asking us first.
